Long load fixed, Thanks to "Jerry" GMC Logistics

Added Hyw 3 with Welland Canal, to the north Timmins.

"Discover Ontario" works fine, have a few barriers, and roads close to Quebec (Will be adding soon).

But I have long load issue when adding connections. Help and/or suggestions welcome.
