Reward Program FAQ

Reward Program Eligibility

To participate in the Reward Program, you must first achieve Verified Creator status. Verified Creator status is typically granted upon manual approval of your first project. If you do not receive verification within a reasonable timeframe, you may contact us via Discord by opening a support ticket to request verification review. Once verified, you may configure your payment settings through your Dashboard by providing a valid PayPal email address.
By participating in the Reward Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable TruckyMods policies.

Revenue Share Structure

Platform revenue is distributed as follows:

• 70% allocated to Creators (distributed proportionally based on downloads)
• 30% retained by Platform (to cover operational costs, infrastructure, advertising services, payment processing, and platform maintenance)

This revenue share applies to all advertising revenue generated through the platform after deduction of any third-party payment processing fees.

Creator Balance Calculation

Your Creator Balance represents your proportional share of the Creator allocation (70% of total platform revenue). The Balance is calculated and updated monthly according to the following formula:
Your Balance = (Total Platform Revenue × 0.70) × (Your Downloads ÷ Total Platform Downloads)
Balances are finalized after the advertising platform confirms the previous month's revenue, typically by the end of each calendar month. This proportional distribution model ensures equitable compensation across all creators based on actual download performance.

Download Valuation

The value per download fluctuates monthly based on advertising revenue performance and cannot be determined until month-end calculations are completed. Revenue is derived from third-party advertising networks and varies based on:

• Seasonal advertising demand (typically lowest in Q1, peaking during December holiday season)
• Quarterly market fluctuations
• Holiday periods and special events throughout the year

TruckyMods makes no guarantees regarding minimum or maximum earnings per download.

Minimum Payment Threshold

Payments are issued only when your Creator Balance reaches or exceeds $5.00 USD. Balances below the minimum threshold will roll over to subsequent months indefinitely until the threshold is met. Balances do not expire provided your account remains in good standing.

Payment Method

Payments are processed exclusively via PayPal to the email address provided in your payment settings. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information. TruckyMods is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect or outdated payment details.

Payment Schedule

Payments are processed within the first ten (10) business days of each month following the month in which the minimum threshold was reached. Processing timeline depends on:

• Advertising platform revenue confirmation (typically end of prior month)
• Balance calculation and verification
• PayPal payment processing time

You will receive email confirmation from TruckyMods when payment has been initiated. Actual receipt time may vary based on PayPal processing.

Additional Terms

• TruckyMods reserves the right to modify the revenue share structure, payment terms, or minimum threshold with thirty (30) days advance notice. 
• Participation in the Reward Program may be suspended or terminated for violation of platform policies 
• All payments are subject to applicable taxes and withholding requirements in your jurisdictionEarnings are not guaranteed and depend entirely on platform performance and download activity
• TruckyMods is not responsible for third-party advertising revenue fluctuations or payment delays
