After retirement from a long career in Information Technology and doing live entertainment on weekends, I returned to a childhood dream of driving the big rigs. I hired on at a very large real world car dealer as a Vehicle Delivery Driver, driving 2 and three car carriers, while I trained for a class A license. Medical issues with my aged mother and then my wife caused me to retire from driving as I was needed at home and driving was a job I really didn't need, just a bucket list thing I wanted to do. Now I drive virtually in ATS and ETS2. I enjoy MSFS 2024 and other simulations. I drove for a large VTC during my time as a stay at home caregiver and while I don't have the time I used to, now that things are back to normal, I put in a few good miles when I can.
