Hello, just wondering if this MOD was still necessary after the recent updates? I don't experience any game ruining stutters and run comfortable at 100+fps in 1440p in cities, 130+ rural areas. Although I do still get those random stutters every so often. I would test it myself but I use a pretty in-depth economy MOD I don't want to screw up. I found that disabling "Hyper-threading" within BiOS or Process Lasso has increased the performance ten-fold. The game was released and designed before hyper-threading was even a thought at Intel, so I'm assuming the game just runs better without it. I've found some other in-depth settings that can be changed in BiOS or Process Lasso that have little-no impact on performance and greatly increases game-play. I would love if this was able to take care of the final 10% of stutters.
