whats to point to make fixes for mods that are 4 year not updated just get ROEX. All these fixes if they dont get updated every new game version it breaks the game anyway. useless waste of time.

Nonsense. Roex literally removes detail from Balkan and Black Sea countries including Romania because it overwrites so much Promods content. The Carpathian mod adds even more detail and this fix allows us to use it again in 1.53. Try downloading it and removing Roex and you will see the massive difference I promise.
