Creates better and more realistic rain drops.

This is a graphics mod for rain only and does not affect snow. For weather sounds I recommend Zeemods Weather Sound & Effect Mod (https://www.zeemods.com/p/weather-sound-and-effect-mod/) and place this mod higher in the load order.
