Now that it is working, it looks great and shuts up the stupid weigh stations :D
Personally, I would prefer a background with a tiny bit of opacity.

where would I put this mod into the load order?

All I see is the top line of the route advisor but no map. it is like it has been moved down beyond the game BillyBone99 Author 5 months ago
the route adviser map can be turned off independently from the info bar, hit the F1 key or whichever key you have set to toggle through the route adviser screens. the map should come up on the route advisor for you.
